I'm a history graduate student with a research interest in natural disaster history, particularly weather related flooding in early 20th century Texas and the Southwest. I received my BA from Texas A&M University and I am an Unterberger Memorial Fellow in the history department here at Texas A&M. I have a (mostly self-taught) background in databases, web site development (including Drupal), photoshop, and ArcGIS. I have experience helping a professor with research for a mapping project, and hope to develop my own as part of the research for my dissertation.
